This ongoing event is not official or in any way associated with or endorsed by Gallifrey Conventions / Gallifrey One, or The Institute for Specialized Literature, Inc. (ISL), or any other organization or organized establishment or member/subscriber/shareholder thereof, BBC or its affiliates.
Doctor Who is a property of BBC. “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)” is a property of The Proclaimers. “Gangnam Style” is a property of Psy.

No donations for the ribbon fund will be accepted onsite at the convention. Donation is not required to receive a ribbon, and ribbons are not guaranteed to those who donate. Ribbons will be distributed on first-come, first-serve basis for those that help in any manner with the video project.
Excess funds will be donated to a charitable cause or organization, at the choosing of the Project’s Board, and may or may not be related to Gallifrey One’s charities.
Any information collected will be used expressly for the purpose of the Project, i.e, contacting members for volunteer purposes, attribution to project doings, etc. No personal information will be retained at completion of the Project.
